Ben Shoham founded HIREground Executive Search, LLC to make no compromise in the way both clients' and candidates best interests are looked after. With nearly a decade of recruiting for some of the largest companies in the world, Ben brings his highly tuned insights and strong ability to deliver to launch his own company. From executive search and placement for an array of financial institutions, identifying equity or partnership opportunities, and creating executive teams for start-ups and new ventures; no effort is spared in creating a "win-win" for employers and candidates alike.
